Zeer slechte ervaring met PostNL. Pakketten worden regelmatig als geleverd gemarkeerd terwijl ik niets ontvang. Dit is helaas niet de eerste keer. Contact opnemen met de klantenservice is erg moeilijk en via e-mail krijg je alleen automatische antwoorden die verwijzen naar Track & Trace, terwijl daar juist verkeerde informatie staat. Erg frustrerend en absoluut geen betrouwbare bezorgervaring.

ik ben vandaag niet thuis dus ik denk 's ochtends even de bezorglocatie van het pakket alvast bij een plek in de buurt in te stellen. vervolgens verzet dit ook de bezorgdatum naar morgen (dag waarop ik wel thuis ben) vervolgens nog mooier, ik kan het niet meer terugveranderen
