Recent reviews

Whenever a delivery fails, the "change delivery" button never works to request a new attempt. Also, the Customer support chat button in the parcel details page opens an empty loading page that never loads. Everytime I have to actually call customer support. They're always really nice and helpful, but it's really a hassle. Please make the app useful instead of a hindrance in PostNords service.

The most inconvenient way to pick up parcels. Why do I have to install this app? Why does it need the Bluetooth connection? Why to I need to create yet another account to get my parcel? What if I don't want it or do not have the phone? What if I need to pick up my wife's parcel? All the worst decisions that could be made were made.
