Je souhaite signaler un dysfonctionnement de l’application. Mes colis suivis apparaissent bien sur l’écran d’accueil, mais la rubrique « Mes suivis » indique qu’aucun suivi n’est enregistré. Pourtant, lorsque je me connecte au même compte La Poste depuis un ordinateur, tous mes colis apparaissent normalement et leur suivi est accessible. C’est donc assez incompréhensible, puisque l’application devrait fournir les mêmes informations que le compte accessible sur Internet !

Pour une application officielle, La Poste pourrait faire mieux que ca. J'ai plusieurs suivis enregistrés, sur le site avec un ordinateur aucun problème, je peux les voir. mais connecté à mon compte sur l'appli aucun suivi enregistré. en plus de cela je suis régulièrement obligé de me reconnecter dessus dès que je bascule par exemple vers mon email pour copier un numéro de suivi. En gros autant utiliser un navigateur plutôt que l'App de La Poste.
