If a parcel is going from Windsor to Peterborough, why would you drive past Peterborough to Ottawa, and then deliver from Ottawa? I should have chosen another company.

This is a horrible app. Not only does it not update properly, but now they've begun incorporating ads into the tracking screen. Also, when you delete tracking information, it keeps coming back and you have to delete it multiple times. You get notifications that items are out for delivery but when you check the app, they still show processing. I think I'll stick with my parcels app, this is junk.
