2026-08-22	Al*****	this is a useless app. after numberous attempts to upload from canada post advisement in mail, I have found, after much glitches, that i only have advisement of general mail with all 9 times out of 10, no info of it but only "general" mail info. the tracking numbers for Amazon, etc. dont compute when thay should appear but don't. And when you plug in the tracking number, it comes up as "unknown" I'm not sure what purpose this app serves as a result. don't bother.

2026-08-22	D *****	had to delete the app. I would go to track a package and after clicking the links it eould send me to this app with no data or relevant info on the package. After deleting the app now when tracking packages It just sends me to the CP website with the up to date tracking. This has potential but is terrible. as others have mentioned the Shop app is much better. I dont even purchase things within the app and it updates me on tracking.

2026-08-22	St*****	I got the Canada post flyer announcing mymail feature that tells me what mail I will expect to receive so I installed the app. I was disappointed to find out it just lists junk mail. If this app doesn't list all mail soon, I will remove this app. What a waste of tax payer money advertising a feature that isn't useful.

2026-08-19	Br*****	Worked for a month then it deleted my login credentials. Tried to reset my paaword and got an error code and said I had to call Support. If it's that poorly coded I won't waste my time. Uninstalled the app and won't be back.
