2026-08-01	bb*****	Verify my adress to use MyMail didn't work at all. I used my adress exactly as it is on my ID card, just like the app says. I had 3 chances and after it says visit your local post office to verify your adress. No thank you! Uninstall!

The most useful part is that it tells me what day my mail is arriving, which helps since I live rural and need to stay on top of checking my roadside mailbox. But the delivery‑preferences and choosing door delivery is useless but specifying to pick up at Rosedale Post Office is reliable.

2026-07-30	Jo*****	Well the APP is having SERIOUS problems. When I recently added 2 tracking numbers separately, the system provides me ERROR never received the parcel for both. So both my sellers has sent me Tracking Numbers provided on Canada Post receipt. OK. I scrubbed the APP I had and reinstalled a new APP for my device. Absolutely the same response. ERROR. Funny a few days ago, all was functioning properly.
