You can also enable optional audio alerts before a set or break ends, so you always know when it is time to push or get ready for the next round.

During your workout, NextSet keeps your screen awake, shows a large countdown timer, clearly indicates whether you are in a SET or a BREAK, and tracks your current round from start to finish. You can start, pause, resume, or exit whenever you need.

Your saved routines are always ready to use, and recently used workouts appear first so you can jump back into your favorites with a single tap. Everything is stored locally on your device, making the app fast, private, and available even when you are offline.
