Routines by STRNTH turns any set of movements into a routine you can follow hands free.

Build a routine once. Add steps, holds and rests. Group steps into supersets when you want them to repeat together. Set how long each step lasts and how many rounds to do.

When you run a routine the screen shows one giant NEXT button and a clear colour that shifts as you move through each step. Announcements read each step out loud so you can keep your eyes off the screen. Haptic buzzes mark the changes. The screen stays awake while you move.

Everything works offline. Your routines, history and settings stay on your device.
