What is Click2Call?

The 'Click2Call' Chrome extension enhances your calling experience by enabling you to establish phone calls directly from your browser. This tool scans the page you're viewing, identifies phone numbers, and allows you to start a call by simply clicking on the number. Note, Click2Call acts as an extension to your VoIP package and requires admin-provided username, password, and URL.

Make a phone call by clicking a number in your browser that will connect your device of choice (webphone, desk phone, cell phone, etc.) to the call.

Click2Call calls a number for your phone device. Start the call by clicking a number in your browser. Your device will ring first. Answer it for the call to go through. Options include selecting which device will be connected to the call, the caller ID number (in your network) that will display, and any prefixes that should precede the clicked number.

*** Note that the Click2Call plugin is an extension of your VoIP package and will not function when used by itself. Your administrator will provide a username, password and URL to use with Click2Call.
