Screenreader Standalone is a Chrome extension designed to help users who face eye strain or difficulty in reading online content. With simple one-key operation, you can have web content reads aloud to you by merely selecting the text. The extension also provides customization functions like text navigation or color inversion. It even works offline. However, continuous reading and keymap customization are not supported currently.
