iRead4u: Text-to-Speech Chrome Extension

iRead4u is a functional and easy to use Text-to-Speech Chrome Extension. It works by reading out the text highlighted by the user. All a user needs to do is highlight the text they require reading out and then either press Alt+Shift+S or click on the extension's icon. It's a very effective tool for those who prefer auditory learning or have difficulty reading small text.
