Open Teamviewer is a browser extension that allows you to open the Teamviewer application right in your browser to save as much time as possible.
To work with this extension, you need a native-client patch to connect your browser to the native Teamviewer application in your operating system. Please read the following or our instructions when you install the extension for more information on how to install native-clients and operate with this add-on.
- After installing the add-on, you need to connect it to native applications (ie Teamviewer) on your machine. If you don't have Teamviewer, please visit (https://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/) and install Teamviewer on your machine. Once you have Teamviewer, you need to create a connection between Teamviewer and your browser extension.

Follow the instructions above to download and install the relevant patch onto your system. Once installed, the "Open Teamviewer" add-on, your browser can communicate with Teamviewer on your machine (ie Windows Operating System).
- Before using the add-on, please open the options page and make sure the path to Teamviewer is correct based on your operating system. For example, the path to Teamviewer in Window 10 is: "C: \ Program Files (x86) \ TeamViewer \ TeamViewer.exe"
After completing the settings, you can right click on your web browser, choose "Open With Teamviewer" to open the Teamviewer application.
