UmitPlus

UmitPlus is a mobile app for people experiencing emotional crisis, suicidal thoughts, or facing psychological difficulties.
The app helps them better understand their condition, assess their level of psychological well-being using validated questionnaires, create a personal safety plan, and use self-help techniques to reduce emotional stress.
UmitPlus includes:
questionnaires for assessing emotional state;
a safety plan—a personalized action plan if their condition worsens;
contact information for trusted people, specialists, and local support services;
the ability to quickly contact selected contacts;
self-regulation and psychological support techniques.
The app can be used independently or in collaboration with a doctor, psychologist, or psychotherapist to monitor their condition, discuss questionnaire results, and develop a personalized safety plan.
