better u has everything needed to support my mental health and wellbeing. I love the meditation and breathing exercises.

My kids love this app - the affirmations do a really good job of turning round the negative talk they sometimes have for themselves. The digital journalling is fun and sparks conversations and the meditations/relaxing noises have really supported their self care. This app speaks to kids in a way that ones directed at grown ups don't. Big recommend. No ads.
