'Posture Reminder' is a lightweight Chrome extension developed to inculcate a habit of maintaining a healthy posture during computer usage. The extension is accompanied by a built-in On/Off switch, and allows users to set reminders on an interval of 15 or 30 minutes, 1 or 2 hours, or a random set between 30 minutes to 4 hours. The reminders are non-obtrusive, permitting users to operate their computers without unwanted interruptions.

Pretty simple app but is very easy to use . However I wish there was a costume made timer as someone who's new to trying to fix my posture I need to be reminded much more frequently as 5-10 minutes until I can be ready to hold my Posture for longer time
