The Nimbus Note (Fusebase) Web Clipper is TERRIBLE. And nothing is being done about it. It's been over a year since the last update to the extension. As of this review writing, the Evernote clipper (which is already insanely great) was updated on March 4, 2024. The last time the Nimbus Web clipper was updated was January 26, 2023. 😰 I've moved from using Evernote (for the past 10+ years) to Nimbus/Fusebase, and the worst experience of all has been using the Nimbus Note Web Clipper. Almost every website I try to capture the Article view or Full Page view, and I'm baffled to see what the app returns! With the Article view it should just be a nice "read-only" version of the article but the formatting is terrible, and often will not even grab all of the text from the article on the screen! That makes this feature of the tool worthless. Then there's the "Full Page" capture which is equally bad or worse. The formatting is horrendous. Never has a page copied well and looked good when I look at the actual note that was clipped. What's funny is that it gives me a preview of what the copied page will look like, and this is often great! Then when I look at the actual note, in the Nimbus note app, it's NOTHING LIKE the preview. The Evernote Web Clipper is flawless, and after having used this Nimbus clipper for a while, it's really made me appreciate how perfect and refined their clippers is, in comparison to Nimbus.
