Detects numbers that use "." instead of "-"

Version 1.5:

If number string starts with "+" and next number is not a "1" then add "011" to the dialstring

Version 1.6

Add field to options page with label: International Prefix
Change Country Code field to a dropdown list with Countries. Auto-populate country code for the country chosen.

If number string starts with "+" and next number is not equal to [Country Code] then add [International Prefix] to the dialstring.
If number string starts with "+" and next number is equal to [Country Code] then just strip the "+"
