App per pagamenti con le carte Hellobank, funziona gran parte bene e veloce, anche abbastanza intuiva. Ciò che mi ha scocciato è che i collaboratori del call center non sono in grado di fornire informazioni adeguati o di prestare assistenza riguardo problemi con le funzionalità dell' app. Per esempio da me non funziona l'opzione pinpay per rinforzare la sicurezza dei pagamenti tramite app. Ho chiamato ben 3 volte e non ho trovato una soluzione.

Un'esperienza orribile. Si disattiva ogni due o tre pagamenti e bisogna ripetere la procedura di attivazione ogni volta. e spesso non funziona. Sono stato costretto a usarla dato che le carte hello bank non possono essere caricate su Google wallet. probabilmente cambierò banca
