Recent reviews

Useful to check reservation and communicate with hotel. Still using into Feb 2025. Sometimes it's not clear how and when we pay. For example, Booking says that the hostal will handle payment. They didn't say anything. In the morning, no one was available to take care of business. I found out 2 days later that they charged my card. I prefer to pay in cash, pesos.

We book a week with them and it was great. The house was cozy, comfortable very clean . We came back and booked two more days and we're called asking me to cancel my stay due to glitched in the system had double booked the house. But if I cancel that would be me losing my money plus a cancellation fee. Expect the same thing a cancellation fee for the inconvenience of double booking. Plus a full refund of my money.
