Spent so much time on this now have to start over. call booking and get ai support. they disconnect as soon as sent to real person. call back and then finally speak to someone who says I'll be refunded but he doesn't know how long that takes but I have to have the money for another room to book immediately. he's supposed to search and send matches. no matches sent.

Booked a flight, paid for it said we will not take you to Ryanair's website to confirm... after 20 minutes of buffering (default browser google chrome) nothing happened, no confirmation email either , neither a payment confirmation email. Contacted support (after 30 minutes) they told me I need to wait a few more hours for either confirmation or cancellation. Download transcript doesn't work, Never again.

Beds are cranky and they gave extra beds those are itchy and seems are have bed bugs. And provides a refrigerator is not working. Bathroom is worst and flush also not working. And the contact night manager is speaking irresponsibly and telling me I check the morning 7'0 clock.tried to reach customer service not responding. If not, provide customer service use of you?
