2026-07-26	Sa*****	updated: after they left the comment they still didn't help me get my money back.** They gave me a genius rated hotel that was horrible!!! the rooms were filthy, mold everywhere including the ice machine that my 6yo and us drank from. when I went to them for help, they did nothing but credit me $40 in credits when I needed them to help me get the hotel to refund my stay. I won't be booking here ever again. they can keep their credits. their recommendation could have had terrible consequences.
