LawnGuru: Lawn Care & Mowing

I’m extremely frustrated with this app. I started using it in May and I signed up for a biweekly Lawn service. Since May it is now August, I believe I’ve only had my service provider come and mow my lawn on time maybe once or twice. It’s a constant struggle with the support team to actually get someone to come and mow my lawn. Especially this last time I’ve been waiting four days for the support team to get someone to come and mow my lawn when it was supposed to be done four days ago. It’s extremely upsetting and frustrating that I feel like the support team is not helping me at all, and the providers are extremely unreliable. I could understand if it was raining or something was preventing them from mowing my lawn, but it hasn’t rained in my area in over a week. I will likely cancel my account and try a different app, but I just wanted to make sure that others were cautious about relying on this app when it is the absolute opposite of reliable.

I have had issues with the app basically since I started using it a couple years ago. I constantly update it and yet core functions don’t work a lot of the time. Even when I change my lawn provider it still shows the previous providers profile image and message thread so it’s hard to know if I actually got a new provider and there’s a mismatch with the all of their profile info. When I try to communicate with providers the screen goes blank or even when I try to leave a review because I get no response from providers…again blank screen. I have had more issues when I attempt to use the app then successes. Very frustrating user experience. Even when everything is updated.
