App or lawn guy does not reply to customer problems or complaints to correct anything. Man doesent know to knock on a door before walking into a private home and uses a weedwacker to cut grass uneven.

I signed up and first person to cut my lawn absolutely butchered it. They cut spots down to the dirt, they missed other spots and cut whole lawn too low for middle of summer. I’ve filed multiple complaints and have received 0 responses. The damage could cost me hundreds if not thousands to repair. I thought I found a solution before our baby but all I found was an expensive headache. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
