As a contractor, I would never recommend LawnGuru. After years on the platform, it’s turned into nothing more than a race to the cheapest bidder. They expect contractors to provide professional service while paying rates that often don’t reflect the actual cost of doing the work. Prices rarely keep up with rising labor, fuel, equipment, and insurance costs, yet contractors are expected to bend over backwards for very little profit. There is little transparency, poor communication, and it often feels like the platform values low prices over quality service. One of my biggest frustrations is that they market directly to customers instead of helping contractors build lasting relationships with them. You’re left doing all the work while having very little control over your own business. If you’re serious about growing a professional lawn care company, I’d recommend investing your time in building your own customer base instead of relying on this platform. In my experience, LawnGuru has become a race to the bottom rather than a partnership with contractors

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS. They will rip you off. Low low payments on horrible jobs that should pay double and then they will charge you $15 and say you released jobs that you don’t release. Scamming people. Don’t rust this app!! There is no service help when you have issues. Trust me, better to be a service provider for a different app service. Law Guru is a complete rip off and their customer service people are rude and not helpful at all.
