User Reviews

Users praise the app for practical coping tools, mood journaling, and free access, often noting therapist endorsement. However, recurrent issues include data loss from password/access problems, app glitches, problematic forums, accessibility gaps, and weak support. Overall, strong coping features exist, but reliability, safety, and recovery options require improvement.
Pros
  • Provides practical coping strategies and grounding exercises to calm anxiety/panic (CBT/DBT-style prompts).
  • Mood diary/journal with mood ratings and logging of life events/medications; helpful for tracking progress with a therapist or caregiver.
  • Free to use; no mandatory payments.
  • Long-term reliability and therapist endorsement; used by many users for years.
  • Forum/community aspect can provide peer support (though safety concerns exist).
Cons
  • Data loss and access problems due to password reset limitations or being locked out; inability to recover data.
  • Reliability glitches and crashes (app won't open, transaction errors after donations, etc.).
  • Forum content can be harmful or depressing; not well moderated; risky during crises; not suitable for teens.
  • Accessibility and usability issues for visually impaired users; basic/dated UI; limited interactivity.
  • Weak or hard-to-find support/contact options; difficulties getting help or credentials reset.

This app helps get me through panic attacks and helps me deal with my anxiety. It’s very helpful.

I don’t use this for myself, but for my young son, who is in the midst of a new mental health diagnosis and trying different medications and therapies. The diary feature with all the mood ratings is very helpful to keep a good record of how life experiences, interactions with various people, and his medicines affect him and his behavior. I definitely recommend this app.
