DEVELOPED BY EXPERTS HappApp is created by wellbeing specialists in collaboration with the Directorate of Health in Iceland and is grounded in the science of positive psychology and mindfulness. It is part of the European JA MENTOR mental-health initiative and has been developed through international public-health collaboration.
