Recent reviews

I started a purchase within a promotion timeframe and had the countdown of 24 hrs to complete the purchase, aka I already signed the contract for the promotion rate and I needed $17 more and was given the option to edit the amount or cancel. I thought it might be like a new app (which obviously it was) but since I had the timer, I figured the promotion would still be available, otherwise why provide the countdown for 24 hrs? If the promotion wouldn’t apply, then the countdown should have been until MIDNIGHT of the end date or a warning should have been given before allowing to edit that any promotions won’t apply. Oh, I was also told that it would apply if it was a lesser amount but would not because it was more.. even though it was out of the timeframe..? RIDICULOUS. I will no longer use this app.

I have really enjoyed shopping with my Affirm card online and I store. I have called customer service on several occasions and have experience great friendly service. Fast and efficient.
