Recent reviews

I strongly discourage anyone from using this app. I spent over a month trying to resolve a dispute and obtain a refund, speaking with approximately 10 different customer service representatives, yet no one was able to provide a resolution. On multiple occasions, representatives ended the chat without addressing my issue. I also spoke with two different phone representatives who gave me completely conflicting information. Overall, my experience was extremely frustrating due to inconsistent communication, poor customer service, and a lack of accountability. After more than a month of effort, my issue remained unresolved. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company

Every time I open the app I get a message saying I have to update. I update and the App Store says that there are no new updates. Then I try to open the app and it says I have to update. I can take a hint. I deleted the app.

I have had Affirm multiple times and always paid off the items on time and even early. My last account I missed the payment by 1 day and then a few weeks later paid off the account, ever since I have been denied for purchases I received a response and they think I am confused, but I can assure you, I am very aware of what the problem is. The problem is Affirm, I won’t be using this app again. .
