Constantly having payments fail after “purchase” !!!! Impossible to speak with a human!

I’m not able to even get the subscription. I had the offer for the subscription, but when clicking on it, they said I’m not able to subscribe. When trying to contact support you have to talk to Ai, and they have no way of letting you speak to a real human on the phone
