Google Review ⭐️⭐️ I’m updating my previous review because Four has now corrected the credit amount showing on my account and restored it back to the normal amount. I appreciate that this part of the issue was finally addressed. However, the problem is still NOT fully resolved. When I actually try to make a purchase, Four is showing me two different available credit amounts. The amount shown on my account is one amount, but when I enter a store and attempt to check out, the available credit shows a much lower amount, which prevents me from completing purchases. I’ve also had ongoing issues with my DTLR order, including cancellations and delays. I’ve spent a lot of time contacting support trying to get these issues resolved. I hope Four can finally correct the spending-power discrepancy so I can actually use the credit that my account says is available.
