It’s a good app customer service sucks , they ask a bunch of questions before getting a refund on orders that’s been canceled by seller . They want screenshots of your id too , It takes too long I’ve had a seller cancel 3 orders on Amaozn . Man Afterpay gave me the run around about the refund . I paid off my payment on Afterpay . Good luck trying to get your money back for orders that got canceled they will not refund you !

So I contacted them to see when I could get my spending power back. After paying my past due balance. I heard nothing from them all day. I get a notification from them. I try to log in to see what they said and I seen that they had closed my account. On top of that they kept saying I had past due balance. Even though I didn’t have a balance to pay.
