Bought tickets for my kid and me. Said they would be delivered 1.5 hours before the game starts. I was at the stadium outside with no tickets. Their support wasn’t helpful either. Took 30 minutes for them to make a decision to refund me. I went to SeatGeek and bought replacement tickets last minute with no issues, they instantly transferred into the MLB app. I’ll never use this app again.

I purchased World Cup tickets through Vivid. Unfortunately, my ticket was flagged and stopped by FIFA due to multiple transfers. Despite this issue, Vivid was unable to provide a refund. I was disappointed with the resolution, as I expected more support after such a serious problem. It seems this site sells tickets that have already been sold or used by other people. I feel like I was misled, and I hope for a fair resolution for customers
