I don’t think that I will buy another ticket from vivid seats again. They sell resale tickets but yet they make me wait until the day of the event to send me the ticket. Why do I need to wait until the last minute to receive it? The first 3 tickets that I bought from them I received it relatively fast but this last purchased they won’t send it to me until the day of the concert.

I bought 3 tickets for a show 7 months in advance only for them to turn out ILLEGITIMATE. Vivid seats has taken no action OVER A WEEK despite various calls and filling out an email survey they sent for things that have already been clarified over the phone. Never thought an official cite would be selling fake fake fake fake fake tickets. So disappointed.
