Every time I use Ticketmaster, it turns into a stressful experience. I often have trouble purchasing tickets, and even when the purchase goes through, the tickets don’t appear in the app or arrive by email. Today I had to go to the venue’s box office just 30 minutes before the event so they could find my order and print my tickets. An app this important should not make customers worry whether they’ll actually be able to access tickets they already paid for.
