Payment frictions (card declines, limited Apple Pay) also appear. Overall, great when it works, but reliability and support gaps are common pain points.

Recent reviews

The concert at mainland music hall that i paid for a six seat table has been rescheduled three times and I get an email today August 29th 2026 that they will be at the house of blues this coming Tuesday September 2nd. Need refund but cannot get a hold of anyone. Don’t know if I will be ordering from here ever again
