Recent reviews

I had a very frustrating experience with Tixr. The ticket transfer process was confusing and didn’t work as expected. The app lacked basic features that the support instructions referenced, making it nearly impossible to complete the transfer. Customer support was also difficult to reach, especially when I needed help quickly before an event. For a platform handling event tickets, I expected a much smoother and more reliable experience. Instead, I was left stressed and worried about whether my tickets would be transferred in time. I hope Tixr improves both its app functionality and customer service because this experience was disappointing.

Bought tickets. Got email that tickets are available. Log in to app. No tickets available. Wait a few days. Try again. No tickets available. Email support, no reply. Log in with same login but on a browser, tickets are there. Check again by logging in to app, no tickets available in app. Deleting the app now.
