Reviews consistently praise Tixr for its clean, intuitive interface, fast performance, easy access to tickets, wallet integration, and a helpful waitlist. However, recurring issues drag down the experience: unstable login/password flows and session timeouts; weak customer support and unresolved issues; unclear or unfavorable refund guidelines; in-app ticket viewing/transferring limitations (no easy view/transfer, QR/printing problems). Payment frictions (card declines, limited Apple Pay) also appear. Overall, great when it works, but reliability and support gaps are common pain points.

Recent reviews

This app has been the least helpful in trying to transfer a ticket and connecting me with the support team and not an AI bot. I will never use them again. Strongly recommend not using them if you ever think you’ll need to transfer a ticket in the future.
