I purchased tickets for the first time through Viagogo for the outloud music festival in weho. When I took my printed ticket to the gate, the ticket taker scanned my tickets and got an error message. She then said go to customer service and get a wristband. When i presented the tickets to customer service, they said the tickets were not valid. I then went to your app and tried to resolve via chat. After about 20 minutes, it was concluded that the tickets could not be replaced and I was offered a full refund. I appreciated the refund but that left me at the festival with no tickets. Ive used many ticket services but this is the first time my printed tickets or e tickets did not work. Needless to say, I’m not likely to use Viagogo again.

Bought VIP standing tickets and the day of the concert that the tickets were supposed to be delivered by I got an email saying that I’d been “upgraded” to general admission. I tried talking to customer support and they said that was the best they could do so I could either keep the general admission tickets or get a refund. I opted for the refund.
