Had a horrible time. Ordered last minute tickets for the Montreal f1 race the night before. Got an email saying they had been sent drove to Montreal that morning and never received the tickets. I need up not getting a refund because we called after gates had opened but well before the race began and was told we could not be helped to get our tickets or revive a refund. Spent two hours on the phone trying to get helped and never got our tickets. Feels like a scam.
