The day of our play we could not get the barcode on our tickets to come up. Called customer service and she had us download apps, delete apps, copy links and finally said they would email the tickets one hour before the show. 45 minutes before the show no email-knew we would probably not be able to make our play-called customer service again and our call was answered by the amazing Jose. He said let me look into this and try something. 10 minutes later refreshed the screen and had the barcode. Made it to the play with 10 minutes to spare. Thank you Jose for saving the night for us. Besides Jose this was not a great experience at all.
