StubHub: Event Tickets

I’d give 0 if it were possible. Buying tickets do not guarantee delivery of those tickets and they will not make you whole. Do not buy from them.

“Every Ticket Guaranteed” is incredibly misleading. The possibility of not receiving your tickets until five minutes before a show starts while StubHub technically has the ability to “do something about it” at that point, is an absolutely terrible customer experience. What makes it even more frustrating is that StubHub’s own policy says that if you want to cancel, you can “easily resell your tickets on StubHub.” How is that realistically possible when you may not even have the tickets in your possession until the day of the event, or potentially just minutes before the show? As a customer, I shouldn’t have to spend the entire day wondering whether I’ll actually receive the tickets I paid for, whether I’ll be able to get into the event, or whether I’ll have any meaningful options if something goes wrong. A ticket guarantee should provide confidence that I will have valid tickets with enough time to actually use them, not leave me waiting until minutes before an event. The entire process puts the risk and stress on the customer while StubHub retains the flexibility to wait until the last possible moment to resolve the issue. That is not what I would consider a genuine “Every Ticket Guaranteed” experience.
