Supported cameras include PENTAX K-1, K-3 Mark III, GR II/GR IIIx, WG-M2, G900SE, and more. OS support covers iOS 16–18 and iOS 26; operation is not guaranteed on all devices. Note: RICOH WG-M1 is not supported. For full details, see the official site.

User Reviews

The recurring themes across reviews are poor connectivity and frequent failures to pair with cameras (via Wi‑Fi or Bluetooth), stability issues after iOS updates, slow/limited photo transfers, an opaque, hard-to-use UI, and no landscape support on iPad. A minority note occasional success with certain Ricoh GR models and geotagging accuracy, but broadly positives are not repeatedly echoed.
Pros
Cons
  • Repeated connectivity failures and detection issues with cameras (Bluetooth/Wi‑Fi); the app often won't connect or detect the camera.
  • Stability issues across iOS versions, with updates (e.g., 18.6) breaking functionality or causing crashes.
  • Very slow or single‑image transfers; hard to transfer large numbers or entire SD cards; overall poor transfer performance.
  • Poor UX/UI and high learning curve; setup to download is difficult; needs better design/clear guidance.
  • Lack of landscape support for iPad; not optimized for tablet use.
Recent reviews
I have been using image sync to transfer pictures to my phone. Recently I am unable to load for new pictures. I hope the developer will update the app and fix the problem.

This app has always been glitching in hooking up, but at least within the third try it would work I you could download images. Now it won’t even link the WiFi and when on a trip without a computer it is frustrating that I cannot post any pictures from the camera.
