GR WORLD is an app that allows you to import images and perform shooting remotely by connecting a GR series camera to a smartphone.

【Feature】

Import images, Album, Widget You can import taken images to your smartphone. The images can be organized into albums, or displayed as a widget on the smartphone home screen, allowing you to enjoy viewing them just like a digital photo frame.
Remote shooting You can remotely release the camera shutter and set the self-timer.
Send location information to the camera. Location information acquired from the smartphone can be sent to the camera to record location information on images captured by the camera. Location information is acquired and sent to the camera even when the application is in the background or the smartphone is in sleep mode.

Would be really nice to be able to use the location tracking feature without it showing up as a live activity. Other apps do this successfully

This app will refuse to transfer any photos unless you give it full photo library access. I mean the entire library even the pictures have nothing to do with your GR camera. I’m an app developer so I know this app does not need the permission to transfer pictures. So they are either 1)extremely incompetent making an app for a camera that’s over $1500 or 2) be there stealing your data. I don’t see any other reason for this.
