Force Patient extends Force-enabled healthcare to patients through a Chrome extension. It enables watching patient-focused videos, completing tasks on daily To-Do Lists, and securely messaging the Care Team, with patient data shared back to providers to help monitor progress and take action.

Prescribed patients receive a welcome email and can log in with their existing web Force credentials. The extension is free for Force-prescribed patients at Force-enabled organizations and integrates with Apple Health to read step data.

The app has been extremely helpful during recovery. I appreciate the daily communication and easy to understand videos and descriptions of what can be expected. Recovery is TRULY a challenging process and the app was comforting when I needed assurance that I could get through this.

Every day , the app gets stuck by showing logging in on screen when clicking on other options within the app. Also, sometimes during the day, it logs me out after closing the app.

I like the connection to my care team & the exercises. I do not like that for the progress you cannot enter - no change. It is not logical to think there is either progress or regression each day. Sometimes it is just the same as the day before.
