PhysiFlow is a companion app for patients of physiotherapy and allied-health clinics that use PhysiFlow. To get started, you'll need a program code from your clinic.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Follow your prescribed program — today's exercises, sets, reps, and your weekly plan at a glance. • Watch guided videos — every exercise includes clear video or image guidance so you know exactly what to do. • Tick off as you go — mark exercises complete and keep your streak going to stay motivated. • Record your technique — capture a video of an exercise to review your form (kept on your device). • Complete check-ins — answer the outcome questionnaires your clinician sends to track how you're improving. • View your treatment plan — understand your diagnosis, goals, and the plan your clinician set. • Share documents — securely send photos or files (like scans or referrals) straight to your clinic. • See your appointments — keep upcoming visits in view.

HOW IT WORKS

Get your program code from your physiotherapist. Register with the code and confirm it's you. Set a PIN — and turn on Face ID or fingerprint for quick, secure sign-in. That's it. Your program, plan, and check-ins are ready whenever you are.

BUILT FOR PRIVACY

Your health information is protected with strong encryption in transit and at rest, and a biometric lock keeps the app secure on your device. PhysiFlow is designed to support clinics' HIPAA and ISO 27001 obligations.
