Do not enroll in this service. It is nearly impossible to cancel. They give varying instructions that do not conform with the stated terms of service, and even then do not work. They use multiple levels of service providers to hide how to cancel or who to cancel with. Do not enroll or you will spend hours when you want to unenroll! I haven’t succeeded yet and keep getting the run around. Many of the communications are not even in my selected language !!

I used this app last year when doing PT and loved it! This year, I had to update it before using it again and I can’t figure out how to get the pauses between reps. They just keep running in a circle. That was one of the things I loved about the app was I would hit play, it would time the holds and reps and I could focus on doing them correctly. Now all I can do is watch the videos and do the counting and timing on my own. Am I missing something?

I enjoyed the exercises and it helped immensely with a nerve injury I suffered but now my program is done, arm back to normal but I am still being charged! i have cancelled several times
