This is an app one of my doctors is using and it’s been a nightmare to try and onboard. I called them directly and they said the provider has to work with them and yet the provider has contacted them multiple times. Do not pick this software it is the worst.

App is worthless and ridiculous. Can’t read emails. Shows that I have 16 new emails but nothing is there. The website portal is the same way. How embarrassing to to be these programmers.

I just love having to search for and open every single message I’ve ever sent over the past 7 years, because for some reason this app wants to mark them as unread. This time it was all the ones I’ve sent. I have better things to do with my time and better uses for my attention than to keep messing around with this damn app. SELECT ALL> MARK AS READ or, here’s a crazy idea, DELETE. Or maybe not make me go through all the messages that I’ve SENT because I’ve obviously read them. Junk.
