I thought it was cool that we could chat with our providers and get refills via the patient portal but it’s not very cool that it doesn’t work. You can send messages on the app, but when you receive them, the inbox is blank. I can tell I have a message because it’s showing the badge, but the inbox is just a blank screen. I tried using the website but has the same issues. This company might just suck. There is also no customer support, so one star!

The app tells me I have 10 messages in my inbox, but no messages are presented. The web portal says I have none. I suspect I have at least one.
Support is unhelpful. I have to have my doctor file a support request. As if he or his staff have time for that.

My doctor uses this app for medical communications. I’ve been using it for years, and all of a sudden all the messages I’ve had with my provider are showing as unread in the app and cannot be changed. This is really irritating because it’s showing a 44 icon on my screen and it makes me think my provider is sending a new message. What’s going on? I see other users are having the same problem, can it be changed please? Thank you!
