My Health Records is a Chrome extension powered by PrognoCIS™ that provides secure access to your health information via the Patient Portal. View ambulatory summaries, prescriptions, allergies, immunizations, laboratory and radiology results, upcoming reminders, and billing statements with receipts, all in one place. You can also manage appointments, view statuses of requested or tentative bookings, and send messages to your Primary Health Care provider. Additionally, you can request medication refills and print educational materials.

Designed with privacy and security in mind, the app keeps your information private and lets you control who can access it. It features a friendly, clean dashboard for quick health data access and the ability to view emergency information when needed. Note that access requires clinic-provided login credentials and data is reflected as available in the Patient Portal, governed by safety and security measures.

Why are there no options to link multiple children in one family together? I have to have different logins for each child just to access their information! And it’s so difficult to actually locate any information on this app as well very disappointing.

I found easy to install and have access to all necessary data with my Doctor. Opens with face recognition setup. Allows easy communication with my provider and ability to request/ make appointments.
