Recent reviews

Old version used to turn it on and make adjustments and now it’s always crashing and freezing. It’s a convoluted affair that is unnecessary. Also, for some reason, this signs you out of your account, causing you to reopen it and readjust your hearing aids when all you wanted to do was adjust volume. The process takes about 30 minutes again. When all you wanted to do was make a minor adjustment to the settings. You already had this requires you to completely start all over again. It’s annoying. It makes me want to find another product.
