This site says it has a chat feature yet it is nowhere to be found

Humana has always taken good care of me. However, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, get rid of Centerwell as medication manager. I haven’t been able to sign in to my own account. They keep changing my “secret user name and passwords”. This is frustrating to the point of anger and risk of cancellation of Humana to get away from their unrealistic demands.
