I just downloaded this hoping to have something where I could select targeted workouts and plan a weekly routine, but the app doesn’t seem to register that I’m trialing the premium plan. In terms of user-friendliness, It’s not awful, but it’s not intuitive and creating a workout takes a lot of repetitive steps. There’s no place I can see that I can select favorite workouts, which would be nice to be able to do and just be able to check something off it for a “free workout” day. Even further, what if I could select a favorites in cardio, or glute exercises? And why can’t I select a single workout from a group to add onto a scheduled workout, why do I have to create an individual plan containing just the use of a treadmill to include that on my schedule, without it categorizing it within my Cardio group? Sometimes I want to work out the same areas but want to have the option to do it on a different machine or maybe I’m at home and don’t have a machine to rely on. There’s a million different exercises that target the same thing. I should be able to make a group that says “Cardio” and be able to add individual workouts from that Cardio folder to my workout for the day, not have the entire Cardio group added to my schedule. If this is an option, the interface does not give any indication on how to navigate to do that. I like that I’m not forced to use AI for this, and that I can be very intentional in my planning, but there’s some flaws that are making me question whether the app can be useful. I was hopeful for a minute I figured out how to make it work, but the app has also crashed on me, so I’m going to try again tomorrow.

I’ve been using this app for years and it provides a lot of utility and includes the ability to add your own exercises. Creating your own workouts, workout groupings, and pre-loaded sets/weights/rest times is very helpful. Viewing your history is straightforward. It can be a little buggy at times, but usually restarting the app works. Considering that it is free, it’s excellent.
