User Reviews

Users praise the app for its simple, effective, and motivating progression to 100 push-ups, plus easy-to-use structure and adjustable difficulty. The dominant concerns center on the shift to a subscription model, paywalls after an initial period, and perceived loss of upfront purchases. Other frequent complaints include poor progress tracking (no dates or calendar, no Apple Health), data sync issues, and access problems when transferring purchases across the Zen Labs suite.
Pros
  • Simple, proven progression to 100 push-ups.
  • Easy to use, motivating, and builds consistency with built-in rests.
  • Flexible difficulty options to tailor workouts to your strength level.
  • Structured plan with clear progression that supports results when followed.
Cons
  • Switch to a subscription model with recurring charges and loss of upfront purchases (grandfathering issues).
  • Paywalls after an initial free period and perceived high monthly price.
  • Progress tracking gaps: no workout dates, no calendar, no Apple Health integration, and progress can be lost if the app is closed.
  • Account/sync issues and lack of cross-app purchase transfer (unhappy users report iCloud syncing and suite-wide access problems).

UPDATE: I do not care if you added features! If you sell something to someone permanently you can’t just take access away. Since I posted this I used Ai to completely build a free replacement of your app in less than 5 minutes so I won't need your "free" 3 months that you offered. I purchased this app only for them to take it away for me because “ given the current economic environment, we had to change our business model.” I don’t understand how I can purchase something permanently and you just remove my access because you need to make more money.

Absolute garbage. Bare functionality is a calendar with reps by week and day. A while ago this app was 2.99-ish, bought ‘em all. Now I have to pay nearly $75 for the app I already bought (which is now “free”). Save yourself the money. Make a paper calendar and get a stopwatch. Tons of free schedules online, don’t pay $75 to do this. Completely useless now.
