Heat Timer

Free 8-station heat clock: 1 km runs, work stations, transitions timed on their own. After you finish, unlock Full heat history, share cards, practice, and doubles.

Heat Timer is the race clock for an 8-station hybrid heat. Eight work stations. One kilometre run between each. Transitions timed on their own. Tap the stadium button to split.

THE CLOCK IS FREE Start a heat without paying. The floor timer, analog station ring, giant race clock, and every split stay available. Keep the screen awake so the time never sleeps in your bag.

THE FLOOR

1. Ski erg 1000 m
2. Sled Push 50 m
3. Sled Pull 50 m
4. Burpee Broad Jump 80 m
5. Row 1000 m
6. Farmers Carry 200 m
7. Sandbag Lunges 100 m
8. Wall Balls 100 reps

Between each station: 1 km run. Tap when you finish a run, when you start a station, when you finish a station. Transition time is tracked separately so you can see where the clock actually went.

OPERATE MODE Dark arena rubber. Acid-lime splits. Giant tabular digits. A custom analog station ring — not a stock progress bar. One huge stadium button for Start and Split. Everything else is standard iPhone: tabs, lists, sheets.

AFTER YOU FINISH The first heat is yours. Heat History (a one-time purchase) keeps every heat in a complete list, saves splits, and builds a share card with station times. Station Practice opens any station without the full heat. Doubles maps who takes which station and runs a partner rest timer on the same phone — no second device.

PRIVATE No account. No server. No tracking. Heats live on this iPhone. Purchases go through Apple.
