getReelax is a collection of short, guided exercises for the day between meetings, kids and open tasks. One to three minutes. No course to get through, and nothing you have to achieve.

HOW IT WORKS

Open it, choose, carry on. No onboarding, no setup. You say how much time you have — the app takes care of the rest.

One sentence per step, a soft rhythm. Four seconds in, two hold, six out. The duration is always shown, so you know what you are getting into before you start.

No streaks. No score. No goals, no confetti, no success chime. History shows what happened — not what you missed. At most a quiet reminder, if you want one. Otherwise silence.

YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU

No account, no sign-up, no email prompt. The app works offline. History and settings live on your device; delete the app and they are gone. No ads, no analytics SDKs, no advertising IDs.

Part of the exercises stays free for good, with no time limit. getReelax Plus opens every exercise in every area and adds soundscapes: rain, forest, water, brown noise.

Plus is available as a subscription with seven free days, monthly or for twelve months. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, in your Apple ID settings. If you would rather not subscribe, you can unlock Plus once — with no renewal.

The exercises are an offer for relaxation. They are not a diagnosis, not a therapy and not a medical device. If symptoms persist, if the strain is heavy, or in an acute crisis, please turn to a doctor or a counselling service — they offer help an app cannot.
