"I'm craving right now" is on the first screen, and it always works. No account, no setup, nothing to fill in first. A timer, a few questions about how you are, and something to do with your hands until it eases.

NOTHING IS SHAMED

There is no streak to break and no red anywhere in the app. If you give in, you log it and the app says something kind. A hard evening is information, not a verdict.

SOMEONE TO TALK TO

Nell and Theo answer what you actually say — not a script. They are honest about being AI, they never moralise, and they will point you to a real person when that is what you need.

IT NOTICES THINGS

After a while Reclaim works out when it is hardest for you, what tends to come before it, and what has actually helped. Quietly, on your phone, and only when it has enough to be sure.

IT ALL STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

Your journal, your sessions, what you have saved — none of it leaves the device, and there is no account to make. The only thing that is ever sent anywhere is what you type to Nell or Theo, so they can reply.

HELPLINES, ALWAYS

If you say something that suggests you are in trouble, Reclaim answers on the phone with real numbers for where you are. That is free, always, whether you subscribe or not.

WHAT A SUBSCRIPTION ADDS

Nell and Theo, your full journal, everything you have kept and what it has saved you, the patterns, and something to do when you need it. £1 for the first month, then £5.99 a month. Cancel any time.

Reclaim is not therapy and not medical advice. If you are stopping alcohol or benzodiazepines, speak to a doctor first — stopping suddenly can be dangerous.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS

Reclaim — All of Reclaim. A monthly auto-renewing subscription: £0.99 for the first month, then £5.99 a month. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews by itself unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
