Posture Scan & Fix: Stance

Stance reads your posture from one side-profile photo and turns it into a short daily routine built around what it finds.

HOW IT WORKS

Take one photo from the side. Head to feet, plain wall behind you, somewhere bright.

Stance scores five regions: head position, chin angle, shoulder position, upper back, and hip position. You get one alignment estimate, the region holding you back, and a routine that starts there.

FIVE REGIONS, EVERY TIME

Every scan reads the same five regions, so the numbers stay comparable from one week to the next. The weakest region is named, not buried in a chart.

A ROUTINE THAT FOLLOWS YOUR SCORE

A short daily set chosen for the region that scored lowest, shaped by how long you sit at a desk and how long you look at your phone. It rotates day to day, so you are not repeating the same four stretches forever.

RESCAN AND COMPARE

Scan again and the two photos are compared directly, not read as two separate scores. You see what moved and what did not.

Done is done. Miss a day and you pick it straight back up.

SEE YOURSELF STACKED

Alongside your score, Stance renders the same body standing tall, so the gap between how you stand and how you could stand is something you can look at.

BUILT FOR DESK DAYS

Long hours at a screen shape how your head and shoulders sit. The onboarding asks about your desk hours, your phone hours, and where you feel it, and the routine calibrates to your answers.

WHAT STANCE IS NOT

Stance estimates alignment from a photo. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose anything, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. If something hurts, see someone about it.

YOUR PHOTOS

Your scan photo is sent for analysis and is not linked to your identity. Your name stays on your device. You can delete your scans from the app at any time.

SUBSCRIPTION

Stance is a subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings.
