Postural gives you a daily posture routine, and a number that tells you whether it is working.

WHAT YOU DO EACH DAY

• A short guided routine, built from your own scan and paced through every hold, rep and side switch.
• Spoken cues and a timer, so you can follow it from the floor without holding your phone.
• The movements target the marker costing you the most years, not a generic stretch list.
• Every exercise carries a video demonstration and credits the creator who made it.

THE NUMBER THAT CHECKS IT

• Two photos, one from the front and one from the side. Apple's on-device Vision measures your posture angles.
• You get a Postural Age: your real age, plus the years your posture is adding.
• Re-scan each week. The routine builds the habit and the scan tells you the truth about it.

A REVIEW THAT CHANGED THE APP

• A licensed physiotherapist reviewed the routines, the form cues and the scoring thresholds. The years weighting is our own.
• That review made our score smaller, and our own testing afterwards made it smaller again. Three of the five things we measure are shown to you but never counted against you.
• We price a marker only when the published evidence supports the price. The end-range extension doses were halved, and a screening question now runs before any back extension.
• Every angle cites published research you can read inside the app, including the numbers we estimate rather than measure.
