The only way back in is a deliberate, physical act — tapping the NFC tag you registered, or scanning your QR code. No tag nearby? Then it stays locked until tomorrow. That tiny bit of friction is the whole point: it turns "just five more minutes" into a decision instead of a reflex.

HOW IT WORKS • Choose apps and set a daily minute limit for each. • Use the app normally. When you hit a limit, Brickr blocks it. • Tap your NFC tag (or scan your QR code) to unbrick for the rest of the day. • Everything resets at midnight, so tomorrow starts fresh.
