Hank is a strength log. You open it, write down what you lifted, and close it. That is the whole product.

Every other tracker now wants to be your coach — generating plans you did not ask for, guessing at your recovery, and charging you monthly for a chatbot in a tracksuit. Hank does none of that. It is a notebook that does the arithmetic.

LOGGING • Sets, reps and weight in the fewest taps the job allows • Last session's numbers on the same screen you are logging into • Bodyweight sets • Kilograms or pounds • Edit or delete any set at any time, including in finished workouts • Repeat your last set with one tap

PLANNING • Training plans, each holding as many templates as you want • Templates with target sets, reps and weight per exercise • 150+ movements, tagged by muscle group • Search that understands how lifters type: "pull ups", "db press", "pull back", a typo — it finds the movement you meant • Add your own movements • Save a finished workout back out as a template

APPLE WATCH • Start a workout from a template with no phone nearby • The full movement library on your wrist • Digital Crown for reps and weight, so the only tap is "log set" — and it fits one screen on every watch size, no scrolling • The watch follows the phone: log a set on your iPhone and your wrist is already on that exercise • Live heart rate and elapsed time • Everything syncs when your phone comes back

PROGRESS • Weight and volume progression, movement by movement • Personal records, including volume PRs • Muscle balance — sets per week, per muscle group, and what you keep skipping • Workout frequency and streaks • Typical rest between sets, measured from your own logs • A calendar of everything you have trained

YOUR DATA • Stored on your device in a local database • No server, no account, no analytics SDK — nothing is collected, because there is nowhere to send it • Export all of it to CSV or JSON whenever you like • Apple Health sync is optional and off until you turn it on
