WHAT YOU GET

• A clean home dashboard showing your last session and weekly count. • An active workout screen for logging exercises, sets, weight, and reps. • A history feed of every completed session, newest first. • One-tap workout duplication — repeat any past session without re-entering a thing.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Tap START WORKOUT.
  2. Add exercises by name.
  3. Log your sets. Tap the set number when it's done.
  4. New sets copy your last weight and reps automatically.
  5. Tap FINISH WORKOUT. Done.

Your session is saved to history with total volume, set count, and a full exercise log. Come back tomorrow and duplicate it in one tap.
